| 摘 要： | 加快经济发展方式转变是一个复杂的系统性工程,必须用系统的思维推进这一进程。长期以来,我国在推动经济发展方式转变方面成效不显著,一个很重要的原因是,忽视了经济发展方式转变进程的系统性,没有形成有效的推进机制和系统合力。十二五期间,加快我国经济发展方式转变,必须用系统的思维、方式和方法,构建加快经济发展方式转变的推进机制。
