| 摘 要： | 目的:运动依赖行为调查与影响因素分析。方法:参考国内外相关文献,编制运动依赖影响因素调查问卷,并利用该问卷对1 223名在校大学生进行调查。结果:影响运动依赖的一般因素有性别、持续运动时间、运动频率以及每次运动时间。结构方程模型结果显示:运动强度、自我呈现与社会体格焦虑会直接正向影响运动依赖,自我呈现还会透过运动强度与社会体格焦虑间接正向影响运动依赖。最终的结构方程模型拟合指标几乎全部达到了相应要求,各路径系数、因子载荷均有统计学意义。结论:运动依赖的产生受到多种因素共同作用,只有将各方面有机的结合起来才能有效预防运动依赖的产生。
