| 摘 要： | "开放获取"作为一种学术交流模式和出版模式,已经受到各个行业的高度关注,并为大学图书馆的发展提供了新的契机。"开放获取"从有效利用经费、扩大读者群、创新大学图书馆服务理念等多方面促进了大学图书馆的可持续发展。大学图书馆也需采取有效的应对策略,在"开放获取"的模式下提升自身发展的可持续性。

| Abstract: | Open and access,as a new model of academic communication and publishing,has aroused the attention from all sections of society.Facing the situation important information service institutions,such as university libraries,are committed to the further development and promotion of it.Starting from the definition of the movement,this essay has introduced the current developing of open and access,analyzed its varied influences on university libraries and elucidated the countermeasures the university libraries should take under such impacts. |
