| 摘 要： | 本研究的目的是探讨在大运动量训练期提前补充碱储备,以增加机体缓冲乳酸的能力,从而有助于拳击训练的顺利进行。研究工作在四川拳击队1991年冬训期进行。经系统补碱后,队员反映训练时体力较好,食欲、睡眠好。补碱后心率、血压略有上升,脉压大致不变。训练后尿蛋白减少,上臂围缩小,心电图无S—T段下移及异常T波。以上可认为是对大运动量的适应。系统补碱后静脉血浆PH值、CO_2总量(碱储备)、碳酸氢根含量、剩余碱等血气分析指标较补碱前明显提高,唾液及尿液PH值亦随之上升。值得提出的是,无论血气分析或其他生化指标,其变动值均在正常范围之内,提示机体内环境是相对平衡的,说明拳击运动员在训练期系统补充碱储备是安全可行的。

| Abstract: | It is reprted that Alkali Resene helps for removing Lactic Acid in blood. To reseach the supplewent of Alkali Reserve during exercise, the elite boxers in sichuan team were investigated dvring winter--training period in 1991. It was found that aehetes' mintal state, physical strength, appetite and sleep were enhanced after the supplewent of Alkali Reserve. And their BP, HR were increased slightly, while Pulse pressure was almost unchanged. After the training, the amount of boxers' urinary protein and the upper--arm circumference were decreased. T wave and S--T state on ECG were all normal and PH, Total CO_2, HCO_3~- and BE were much qreater in plasme and so were the PH values in saliva and urine. It is worth mentioning, that the data are within the normal standard and the inver environment stiu remains balance. The research came to the conclusion that Alkali Reserve shevld be supplemented during boxing exercise. |
