| 摘 要： | 【目的/意义】个人健康医疗信息具有高度敏感性,在健康医疗大数据应用背景下,该信息的保护与利用是各国学界关注的主要内容。【方法/过程】运用CiteSpace和Excel工具对中外个人健康信息保护研究动态、主要研究内容及观点、研究趋势进行可视化及综合分析。【结果/结论】个人健康医疗信息保护逐步形成技术、管理、法律三位一体的跨领域保护模式。国内外的技术保护研究相对成熟,未来在管理和法律保护研究将呈现出本土化和理论化的研究趋势。

| Abstract: | 【Purpose/significance】Personal health care information is highly sensitive. In the context of health care big data, the protection and utilization of this information is the main content of the country.【Method/process】CiteSpace and Excel tools are used to visualize and comprehensively analyze the research trends, main research contents, viewpoints and research trends of Chinese and foreign personal health information protection.【Result/conclusion】Personal health care information protection gradually formed a cross-domain protection model of technology, management and law. The research on technology protection at home and abroad is relatively mature, and the research on management and legal protection will show localized and theoretical research trends in the future. |
