摘    要:英国《档案服务认证标准》是英国档案行业共同创造的成果,其作为英国档案服务认证时最重要、最核心的文件,是英国全国范围内公认的高质量档案服务的标志。本文从逻辑和核心要求为切入点,对英国《档案服务认证标准》进行了解读,分析了要达到《档案服务认证标准》的要求,档案服务的管理者和工作人员需要具备的三种能力:前瞻性的思维能力、系统性的规划能力和高效的行动力,并给出了提高相应能力的策略,以期为我国档案服务质量的提升提供参考借鉴。

Abstract:Archive Service Accreditation Standard is the co-creation outcome produced by the archive industry across the UK. As the most important and core document in the accreditation of archive services in UK, it is the symbol of high-quality archival services recognized throughout the UK. This paper interprets the standard with the points of logic and core requirements, analyzes the capabilities required to meet the requirements of the standard for the managers and staff of the archive service. These capabilities include thinking forward, planning systematically and taking actions efficiently. This paper also proposes corresponding strategies to improve this capabilities, so as to provide reference for the improvement of the quality of archive services of China.
