| Abstract: | Through literature material,comparative research methods,etc.the paper researches the internal relationship between taekwondo and the tai chi culture in Chinese traditional culture so as to constantly cultivate taekwondo poomsae,understand the cultural connotation and essence of taekwondo better and finally realize the concept of "oneness of man and nature" in taekwondo practice. |
