高职食品专业学生顶岗实习的实践与思考

摘    要:培养高素质、技能型的人才是高职高专院校办学的培养目标,突出对学生实践能力的培养是高职高专教育的特色。学生在大型食品企业的顶岗实习,会更加明确理论知识与实际相结合的重要性,提高独立解决问题的能力。同时,学生还体会到团队精神在企业管理中的重要性,理解企业文化的内涵以及在企业管理中的作用,这对增强学生的社会生存能力,提升自我价值,树立正确的人生观,有着非常重要的意义。

Abstract:To train application-oriented technicians is the goal of higher vocational education.In this paper,by joining the daily operation and practice in a big food company,the students have learned the importance to combine theoretical knowledge with practical work and raised their ability in solving problems independently.Moreover,the students understand something like team-work and industry culture are extremely important in managing a company.In the author's view,this activity is also useful in increasing the students' social survival ability and self-value and helps the students for a positive outlook on life.
