| 摘 要： | 发展边疆民族地区的文化产业,实施民族文化兴县是我县面临的一个重大的理论和实践课题。屏边苗族自治县是典型的集边疆、少数民族和山区为一体的农业县,社会发展程度低,经济文化落后的状况,直接影响着当地的社会经济发展。必须正视屏边地区发展民族文化产业的过程中存在的问题和面临的困难,认真研究探索,开拓市场,从而促进屏边县文化产业健康协调发展。发展屏边地区的民族文化产业,需要从以下几个方面去着手解决问题:解放思想、更新观念、树立新的思维模式;研究文化产业政策,因地制宜制定有利于发展民族文化产业的产业政策,实施民族文化兴县;立足民族文化资源,发展特色文化产业。

On Developing Ethnic Culture Industry in Pingbian County |

| Abstract: | How to develop culture industry in border areas, to implement the strategy of developing the county by relying on ethnic culture, is an important theoretical and practical research topic. Pingbian Miao Autonomous county is an agricultural county with the characteristic of border, minority-inhabited and mountainous area. The past under-developed society, economy and culture affect its future development. In order to develop Pingbian culture industry in a harmonious way, we must pay attention to current problems and difficulties arose during the developing process. This requires us to release our minds, to renew our concepts and build new thinking-way; to study and formulate suitable policies which is benefit to develop the county by relying on ethnic culture; to develop with Pingbian characteristics, basing on national culture resources. |
