| 摘 要： | 从资源和环境双调控的角度出发,利用2005年40个工业部门能源消耗、SO2排放和水资源消耗、COD排放的数据,对我国40个工业行业进行新的分类,突破了传统以产品为中心分类的局限性,建立起工业生产与资源消耗、环境压力之间的双向联系。

| Abstract: | Based on the data of energy,water consumption and SO_2,COD discharge in 2005, the paper classifies the forty industrial departments,embarking on the resources and environment double regulation.The new industrial classification breaks the limitation of the traditional classification,which takes production as the center.It builds double relation between resources consumption and environmental pressure. |
