| 摘 要： | 煤炭行业专网语音和数据业务的分离增加了通信的成本,为了降低语音通信的成本,在煤炭专网上实现VOIP是必要的.考虑煤炭行业通信的实际情况,提出了煤炭行业专业VOIP改造方案,并分析其优缺点.
