| 摘 要： | 一体化物流采用了与传统物流完全不同的管理机制，即通过订单驱动、集成管理、协调合作和信息共享机制实现物流服务的快速响应、低成本和个性化。要使这些机制发挥作用，企业必须先进行业务流程再造、组织结构整合和信息平台建设，并在此基础上建立物流一体化的管理模式。

In order to make the mechanism playing its role, enterprise must firstly Carry out Business Process Reengineering. organize the structure integrating and construct the information platform.And then establish an integrated management model. |
