| 摘 要： | 在对南京地区15家知名企业中管理人员进行问卷调查的基础上, 运用探索性和验证性因素分析方法对我国企业中知识资本结构进行了探讨。结果表明, 我国企业知识资本结构由五个维度构成：人力资本、管理资本、技术资本、关系资本及市场资本。五维度结构模型与西方关于知识资本结构的组成以及国内现有定性分析存在一定差异。该五维度结构能较好地反映中国经济、文化背景下的知识资本结构组成状况。
