| 摘 要： | 产学研合作教育模式正在成为高职教育办学模式改革发展的一种基本趋势,文章在分析传统的合作模式局限的基础上,提出产学研一体化之模式。这种模式的目标是建立一种实体,通过教学内容、课程体系、管理模式和师资队伍建设等方面的改革,实现高职院校学生综合素质、创新能力和可持续发展能力的提高,并形成利润中心。
