| Abstract: | Based on analyzing the nature of the job of tourism service; referring to the experience of tourism schools abroad; researching the employment situation after China joining in the WTO and the labor market opening abroad, above all, this paper draws a conclusion: Language ability is the most important skill for the service students. After analyzing the forming of the tourists to Henan Province and the features of tourism developing trend, the author points out that common speech of the Chinese language, English and Japanese should be the major for the students of tourism service. |
