| 摘 要： | 认知结构是影响知识转移效率的关键因素之一.结合认知结构理论以及知识转移理论,构建认知成分与图书馆联盟内知识转移的对应关系图,分析成员馆认知结构的双重性特点及其对知识转移的影响.根据图书馆联盟成员认知结构现状,对成员馆间知识转移方式及其效果进行研究,探讨提升知识转移效率的针对性措施.
