小组合作式随岗实践教学模式探索

摘    要:电大远程教育实践环节存在一定的问题:理论和实践相脱节、抄袭现象严重等。根据合作学习和随岗实践的相关理论,本研究提出了小组合作式随岗实践教学模式,并以宣武电大行政管理专业专科的实践——社会调查为例,论述了该模式的组织和实施,对比了实施效果,提出了该模式存在的优势和劣势,总体认为小组合作式随岗实践的模式适合在相关专业推广。

Abstract:There are some problems on professional practice in Radio and Television University,for example,poor combination of the theory and practice,serious plagiarism,and so on.According to cooperative learning theory and practice,this study proposed cooperative practice teaching mode,discussed the organization and implementation of this practice teaching mode,compared the effect of implementation,analyzed the existing advantages and disadvantages of this mode,by taking administration specialty practice—social survey in Xuanwu Radio and Television University as an example.As a conclusion,the cooperative practice teaching mode is suitable for the relevant professional promotion.
