| 摘 要： | 目的确定Sysmex XT-2000i全自动血细胞分析仪检测网织红细胞各项指标的正常参考值范围。方法用Sysmex XT-2000i全自动血细胞分析仪对182例正常成年人作网织红细胞百分比（RET％）、网织红细胞绝对值（RET#）、低荧光强度网织红细胞（LRF）、中荧光强度网织红细胞（MRF）、高荧光强度网织红细胞（HRF）、未成熟网织红细胞指数（IRF）六项参数正常范围调查，并将所得数据进行统计学分析。结果RET％：男性为0．721±0．202，女性为0．714±0．232，男女比较两者无显著性差异（P〈0．05）；合并后RET％为0．718±0．217。RET#：男性为35．51±10．34，女性为31．42±10．53，两者比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。IRF：男性为4．21±2．3，女性为4．61±2．26，合并后为4．41±2．28。LFR％：男性为95.79±2．3，女性为95．39±2．26。合并后为95．59±2．28。结论Sysmex XT-2000i血液分析仪测正常成人网织红细胞参考值范围与文献报道有所差异，各实验室应根据自己实验室仪器，确定本实验室的参考值范围。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the reference range of 6 reticulocyte parameters with Sysmex XT-2000i henmatology analyzer. Methods Detect retieuloeyte ratic（RET%）, retieuloeyte count（RET#）,low fluorescence ratio（LRF）,middle fluorescence ratio（MRF）, high fluorescence ratio （HRF）,immature retics fraction （IRF）,using Sysmex XT2000i henmatology analyzer. Results RET%：male was 0.721±0.202,female was 0.714±0.232, there was no significant difference between them（P〉0.05）; unite RET% 0.718±0.217. RET#：male was 35.51±10.34,female was 31.42±10.53,there was significant difference （P 〈0.05）.IRF： male was4.21±2.3,female was4.61±2.26,unite IRF4.41±2.28.LFR%：male was95.79±2.3,female was95.39±2.26,unite LFR% 95.59±2.28. Conclusion The results between the research of reference range of 6 reticulocyte parameters and the records of the document have some differences .Different labs should establish their own reference range according to their own instruments. |
