| 摘 要： | 从十一届三中全会开始，我国的廉政建设获得了初步发展；十三届四中全会后，党和国家强化了反腐败的执法力度；中纪委二次全会以来，我国的廉政建设深入发展，全面推进。回顾新时期廉政建设的历程，得出四条基本经验：反腐败要围绕经济建设为中心进行；腐败问题必须综合治理；法制建设是反腐败的根本途径；从严治党是反腐败取得成功的重要条件。

| Abstract: | From The Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee, the construction of an honest administration has gained development. After The Fourth Plenary Session of the Thirteenth Central Committee, our count ry made great efforts to implement the legalization on anti-corruption. Since th e Second Plenary Session of Central Committee for Discipline Inspection, the con struction of an honest administration has undergone a full development. In retro spect, four basic experiences can be derived: the struggle against corruption sh ould be centered on economic construction; corruption should be dealt with compr ehensively; the law is the fundamental way to the struggle against corruption; r uling the party strictly is an important prerequisite to ensure the success of t he anti-corruption. |
