摘    要:人的本质是自由。人生来就有自由的权利,但是社会的规范从某种程度上又束缚着个体的自由。社会对个体所展示的个性有一定的容忍程度,因而我们对个性教育需要严格的把握。家庭中两性角色平衡是个体个性形成的基础,亲子角色从很大程度上影响着个性的形成。为了建立完善的个性,亲子角色当以建立一种艺术上的平衡,从而在形成丰富、健康的个性的同时,最大限度的保护着个体的自由。

Abstract:Freedom is the essence of human beings. Freedom is gifted with live being, by most standards, it shackled by society. Shown by the community of individual personality has a certain degree of tolerance, and we need to control the personality in education. Balance of gender roles in the family is basic on constructing individual personality, it is affecting largely. In order to establish a perfect personality, the role of parents should create a art of balance, therefore, to protect the individual freedom while constructing the elegant and health personality.
