| 摘 要： | 英语学能和动机对英语口语学习具有重大的影响。本文分析了大学英语为什么要创造条件让部分有一定语言功底而且对提高英语口语有动机的学生先提高英语口语能力的问题 ,并就如何提高这些学生的英语口语能力提出了建议。
