| 摘 要： | 商业房地产投资是一项高收益、高风险的投资活动。文章从经济和社会两方面分析了商业地产投资的风险,并给出了商业地产投资运营风险和经济风险的防范。旨在引导商业地产开发商做出科学的决策,规避影响较大的风险获得理想的商业收益。
