| 摘 要： | 张家港在“以人为本”科学发展观的指导下,正面临着区域经济和社会跨越式发展的重大历史机遇期,在区域经济发展和社会全面进步的过程中融入区域化建设和“人的全面发展”要素,对张家港区域经济社会发展、实现“五个转型”和争当“两个率先”的排头兵等发展目标,都有着重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Under the guidance of the concept of scientific developing, the Zhangjiagang city has been encountering an important historical opportunity of the spanning development in the regional economy and society. Therefore, the elements of "cultural construction" and "over-all human developing" must be integrated into the development of regional economy and the comprehensive social improvement. This will be very significant for Zhangjiagang city in achieving its goals of realizing "Five Transformations", becoming the pioneer of "Two Ahead of". |
