| 摘 要： | 河南省作为人口基数比较大的省份 ,就业形势特别是城市就业形势十分严峻。扩大河南省城市就业 ,既要发展经济 ,调整产业结构 ,又要完善创业政策 ,建立健全创业和就业服务体系 ,以创业促就业 ,还要进一步提高劳动力素质 ,优化劳动力结构。

| Abstract: | In Henan, the heavily populated province, employment situation, especi ally what in the cities, is rigorous. To expand employment and reemployment in c ities of Henan, it is critical to push forward economy, fine-tune the industria l structure, improve business start-up facilities, and accompanying service syst e m. Business start-up is expected to open up prospect for employment. And in the meantime, important it is to improve the competence of work force and optimize t he distribution of human resources. |
