| 摘 要： | 运用社会学和人口学理论和问卷调查等方法,对澳门理工学院长者书院老年人与澳门社会老年人生命质量、物质生活质量、精神文化生活质量和生活满意度等进行比较研究。研究认为:体育活动是影响老年人生活质量的一个重要变量;提高老年人的生活质量,不但要关注老年人的物质生活,还要关注老年人的精神生活;随着老龄化社会的到来,传统的居家养老方式受到挑战,社区为老服务应运而生,社区为老服务对于全方位提高老年人的生活质量具有十分重要的作用;各种保障措施是提高老年人生活质量的外在因素,提高老年人自身素质则是提高生活质量的内在因素;老年教育机构能解决老年人老有所学的需求。 |
