| 摘 要： | 本文通过运用结构-行为-绩效(SCP)范式,分析了江苏彩票的市场结构、销售机构和彩票消费者的行为以及彩票发行的绩效,在此基础上,从财政部门加强市场监管和彩票销售机构加强行业自律两方面提出了促进彩票业健康发展的对策建议。
