| 摘 要： | 从属性、科研目标、职能、运转模式分析了美国最富有声望的国家实验室类型——美国大学内国家实验室的特征．指出美国大学内国家实验室的主要特征是属性的两重性、科研目标的四重性、培养人才的职责和学术自由的内部运行模式，正是这些特征使得美国大学内国家实验室既区别于其他类型的国家实验室．也区别于大学实验室和企业实验室．也是美国大学内国家实验室成功的根本原因。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of the national labs in the American university lie in the dual attribute, the fourth objectives in research, the cultivation of talents and academic freedom in the internal management system. Only these characteristics make the national labs in the university different from the university labs, the enterprise labs and other types of national labs. These characteristics lead to the success of the national labs in the American university. |
