| 摘 要： | 在介绍、分析高职实训基地基本功能和综合功能的基础上，提出高职实训基地的新型模式：管理形式多样化；投资主体多元化；建立生产、教学、科研三结合的运行机制；开拓实训、培训、咨询全方位的服务功能，融职业教育、技能培训、科技与社会服务为一体，真正实现教学、培养、服务一条龙。
