| 摘 要： | 本文成功地得到了含硒的硫酸软骨素(SeCHS),凝胶柱层析证实硒与硫酸软骨素发生了键合,红外光谱表明SeCHS与硫酸软骨素在结构上有所不同;用肾上腺素氧化实验证明SeCHS的化学性质即不同于硫酸软骨素也不同于亚硒酸钠;用小鼠腹腔注射检验SeCHS的毒性,结果表明与亚硒酸钠相比,SeCHS使硒的毒性降低了61％。

| Abstract: | Seleno-Chondroitin sulfate (Se CHS) is synthesized. Gel chromatography shows that there is chemical bond between selenium and chondroitin sulfate. IR shows that the structure of SeCHS is slightly different from that of CHS. The experiment of self-oxidization of adrenalin indicates the chemical property of SeCHS differs differs from that of CHS and sodium selenite. Toxic test shows that, compared with sodium selenite, SeCHS red- uces the toxicity of se by 61%. |
