| 摘 要： | 从系统思维的角度定义了高校科技创新团队的内涵,并定性描述了高校科技创新团队自组织演化过程中的序参量——协同力。在此基础上建立了高校科技创新团队的自组织演化方程,并对该方程进行了基于生命周期的演化过程分析,提出了高校科技创新团队不同生命阶段的演化策略。

| Abstract: | This paper defines the university scientific innovation team's connotation from the system thought's an-gle. Then it descripes the order parameter qualitatively-which formed from university scientific innovation team 's evolutionary process-coordination. Then it establishes the university scientific innovation team to evolve the e-quation from the organization, and carries on to this equation based on the life cycle evolutionary process analysis. Finally, the paper proposes the university scientific innovation team's evolved strategy form every life stage. |
