| 摘 要： | 体育锻炼不仅对人的身体发生影响，而且会对人的心理产生影响。以新课程的基本理念为指导思想，在体育教学中，通过挖掘教材中的心理健康教育因素，加强对心理教育内容的教学；改善师生关系；因材施教，有针对性等教学方法，提高学生对心理健康的认识，排除心理障碍，培养能适应新环境的身心健康的合格人才。

| Abstract: | The physical training affects not only one's body but also the psychological health. We take the basic theories of the new curricular standard to be the direction. In the physical education teaching, we should find the complications of the psychological health teaching and intensify the teaching about the contents of the psychological healthy education; Improving the connection between the teachers and students; teach students in accordance to their aptitude; Finding the teaching way of pertinence and so on. Improving the students to know of the psychological health, getting rid of the psychological obstacle, cultivating the eligible students of normal schools who have the psychological health and can shake down. |
