思维导图在师范生教学设计能力培养中的应用

摘    要:形成教学设计能力是师范生的重要培养目标。大量师范生的教学设计在学情分析、教学目标确定与教学行为设计方面存在诸多缺陷,其中一个重要原因就是他们教学设计时的思维存在信息提取与重组方面的障碍。思维导图作为一种认知工具,可有效帮助师范生组织教学设计相关知识,进行案例学习进而自主构建教学设计的逻辑框架,从而提高其教学设计能力。
