| 摘 要： | 根据国家《纲要》精神,江苏在全国率先颁布了《江苏省中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010—2020年）》,围绕＂两个率先＂的战略部署,明确提出了今后10年江苏教育改革和发展的目标,坚持＂优先发展、育人为本、促进公平、提高质量、改革创新、服务社会＂的工作方针,全面深化职业教育和高等教育的改革,走＂职业教育优化发展＂和＂高等教育内涵发展＂之路,为江苏培养全面发展、高素质创新人才提供有力保证。

| Abstract: | Jiangsu Province takes the lead in enacting ＂The Program of Middle and Long Term Education Reform and Development （2010-2020）＂, which, revolving around the strategic deployment of ＂two initiatives＂, definitely sets the goal of educational reform and development in Jiangsu over the next decade. Such working policies must be enforced as prior development, human - based education, promotion of equity, improvement of quality, reform and innovation, and serving the society. Vocational and higher education must be intensified totally, and the approach must be taken that vocational education has to be optimized and that higher education has to be developed in connotation, ensuring that Jiangsu Province can cultivate the talents of all- round development and creativity. |
