| 摘 要： | 英语阅读在大学英语教学中有着重要的地位，但在大学英语阅读教学中，部分教师忽视了文化背景知识和文化图式知识在英语阅读中的作用，因而影响了学生阅读理解能力的提高。本文试用图式理论来探讨文化背景知识、文化图式知识对大学英语阅读的启示。

| Abstract: | Reading plays a very important role in college English Teaching, however, not all the teachers attach great importance to the cultural background and schema theory while teaching English reading, which prevents students from improving their reading comprehension ability rapidly. This essay attempts to approach with schema theory, the inspiration drawn from cultural background and schema knowledge while doing college English reading. |
