| 摘 要： | 目的探讨适合儿童肱骨开放性骨折的固定方法。方法31例儿童肱骨开放性骨折，在C臂X线机监视下行开放复位后，采用单侧外固定架固定，早期功能锻炼。结果经6～15个月随访，31例骨折全部愈合，愈合时间4～12周。上肢无短缩、旋转及畸形愈合，无深部感染和再骨折，无断钉和螺钉退出，上肢功能优良率100％。浅表钉道感染4例（占13％），共9个钉孔（占7％）。结论单边外固定架治疗儿童肱骨开放性骨折，创伤小，固定牢固，并发症少，简单有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore an effective treatment method for the pediatric open Humera fracture. Methods 31 cases with pediatric open Humera fracture with open reduction and unilateral external fixator under C-arm monitoring.The early funtion does exercises. Results The average time of follow-up was 12 months （range, 6～15 months）.All 31fractures united,and therang of union time was 4 to 12 weeks. No serve complication was found regarding limb discrepancy,deformity,refractures and deep inferction.No pin breakage or pull-out was found. There were 9 pin track （7%） of 4 patients developed superficial infection. Conclusion Unilateral external fixation is a good method for this kind of fracyures. It has advandages and effectiveness. of less teauma, rigid fixation, few compliation, simplicity |
