| 摘 要： | 探讨了将风险投资引入科技投入的拟成果购买制中的问题；分析了拟成果购买制中的风险投资与普通风险投资相比较的共性和个性；认为相应的法律法规政策制度环境、拟成果购买制项目的利润空间、国内外潜在的风险资本总量、风险投资退出的安全性是能否将风险投资引入拟成果购买制的重要因素。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the question of absorbing the venture capital into the quasi-purchase system of research outcomes. The authors analyzed the commonness and the individuality of the venture investment on the quasi-purchase system of research outcomes in comparison with the general venture investment. It is reckoned that the law, policy and the environment related with venture investment, the profitability of the project in the quasi-purchase system of research outcomes, the total amounts of potential venture capital, the security of withdrawal of the venture capital are the main factors that determine whether the venture capital can be absorbed into the quasi-purchase system of research outcomes. |
