| 摘 要： | 采用文献法、问卷调查法、比较分析法等,就高职高专学生的体育态度和体育锻炼的时间、场所、频度、形式和项目等体育行为,对泉州地区7所高职高专学校的学生进行现状调查。结果表明:泉州市高职高专有近1/3的男生和近一半的女生参与体育活动和体育课的态度较为一般,男女学生呈显著性的差异;体育健身、放松身心和休闲娱乐是高职高专学生参加体育活动的主要动机。

| Abstract: | Through adopting methods of documentary,questionnaire,comparison and analysis,etc.,as for the P.E.attitude of vocational college students and the time,place,frequency forms and programs of physical training, the author has made a survey of present situation on students from 7 vocational colleges in Quanzhou.It shows that more than one third of boy students and nearly half girl students have a general attitude of taking part in physical training and P.E.course;their attitudes are abviously different.the training form is with their classmates;the main motivation of joining exercise is to make fit,relax themselves and entertain. |
