摘    要:以提高学生综合素质和建设具有现代教育技术特色的实践教学基地为目标,通过分析工程训练教学中的教学内容、教学条件、教学手段、教学模式、创新模式、学生考核模式等教学要素对教学效果的影响,结合目前工程训练教学中存在的问题,对各教学要素进行了一系列的改革与创新实践。在一定程度上,实现了传统教学模式向现代教学模式的转变,传统金工实习与现代工程训练的融合,科研与实践教学的有机结合,企业、周边院校与中心合作机制的建立,搭建了多层面、多渠道、多学科的工程训练平台,使中心基地的辐射作用得到了充分发挥。

Abstract:One of the important aims of engineering training teaching is to raise the student'comprehensive quality and to construct a modern engineering training teaching base. This paper analyzed the effects of the teaching factors including teaching contents, teaching condition, teaching method, teaching mode, innovatory way and student' examination mode in engineering training teaching in the teaching results. The reform and innovatory practice about the teaching factors were carried out according to the problems in present engineering training teaching. To a certain extent, we have achieved the transform of traditional teaching mode into modern one, the combination of traditional metalworking and modern engineering training, the join of scientific research to practice teaching, and built a multi-layer, multi-path and multi-subject engineering training flatform. The radiation effect of training center base was adequately exerted.
