| Abstract: | The so-called "problem news-report" is the globe-like facts and events of creature balance and environment problems reported by the press, with the timely conflicts, questions and negative information which the public have a desire to learn about. "Problem news-report" is always with the characteristics of conflict, unbalance, shocking, confusion, puzzle, adoptability and side-effect. |
