| 摘 要： | 农历正月初七为“人日”，亦称“人胜节”。人日即人的生日。这在我国至少有两千多年的历史。人日在汉代有占卜吉凶等风俗，魏晋时又有登高习俗。由于人日有戴华胜祈福避灾的习俗，于是唐人将华胜称作“人胜”。而人日兼立春，唐人习俗剪双彩送亲友，更是别有一番情意。人日节当家的节日食品是“七菜羹”，它和除夕吃年夜饭、元宵节吃汤圆等一样，都是民间传统习俗。唐代是人日的鼎盛时代；明清时代以降，由于集权政治日益恶化，人日节逐渐淡出视野。

| Abstract: | The seventh day of Spring Festival is called ＂Human Creation Day＂, also styled ＂Human Victory Day＂.＂Human Creation Day＇is also humans＇day of birth, which has lasted in our country for at least two thousand years. Human Creation Day was connected with such customs as divination of good or evil in Han dynasty, while it was connected with mountain climbing in Wei and Jin periods.Owing to the fact that there is .＇he custom of wear- ing adornments of spring-welcoming symbols for the seeking of happiness and avoiding of disasters on Human Creation Day,people in the Tang dynasty called women＇s adornments of spring-welcoming symbols ＂human adornments of spring-welcoming symbols＂. And Human Creation Day also doubled as the beginning of spring, so people in the Tang dynasty cut colored paper into different shapes to give to friends and relatives as gifts,which was a special occasion to show one＇s innermost feelings.The special food for Human Creation Day was ＂soup made of seven kinds of vegetables＂,which ranked among other traditional folk customs like having midnight din- ner on the eve of Spring Festival, and eating boiled rice dumplings on Lantem Festival. Tang dynasty is the prime period of Human Creation Day. After the Ming and Qing dynasties, Human Creation Festival gradually faded out of people＇ s view due to the increasing deterioration of centralized politics. |
