| 摘 要： | 文章就现代大学教育理念的内涵、现代大学教育理念的形成及其特性、现代大学教育理念对全面发展人才培养的影响三个方面进行了探讨。认为大学教育理念的形成主要受大学历史和性质、大学校长两方面因素的影响,现代大学教育理念具有理论性、实践性、发展性和超前性等特点,它通过集体信念、群体目标、共同原则三个方面对全面发展人才培养产生影响。

| Abstract: | The article gives us some ideas on the sense of modern education from three facets:its connotation,its forming and characteristics,and its significance to the training of talent,The sense is mainly determined by two factors:one is the history and level of the college,the other is the president of the college.It has four characteristics:theoretical practical,developing and advanced.It affects people by the collective belief,the group object and common principle. |
