| Abstract: | In the case of the extremely severe current employment situation,do the work of the employment of university students with financial difficulties and do everything possible to promote their employment,which is our duty.To construct the college students with financial difficulties in Long-Term employment aid mechanism,the implementation of the main body includes government,universities,community and students themselves;the implementation should include a policy system,safeguard mechanisms,employment services,career guidance;the implementation process should be continuous,and should change with the macroeconomic environment changes;the effect of the implementation should be under the supervision of the public view to fully promote the successful employment of college students with financial difficulties,and promote their healthy growth and success. |
