| Abstract: | This paper focuses on Biomedical Engineering graduates who come from 2009 to 2011 in Northeastern University,using a method of a combination of interviews with querying files for the employment situation in-depth investigation.The paper concludes that these graduates have the problems of high rate of admission into higher schools and the contradiction between the supply employment and the demand.On the basis of analyzing the reasons of the problems deeply,we put forward the idea that oriented by market,carrying out the construction of the students’ practice and innovation abilities,the construction of curriculum systems,training centers,the construction of practice base and the construction of teacher resources to promote students’ employ abilities totally in order to solve the employ problems in the field of biomedical engineering,moreover,this can also provide a reference to the graduates majored in interdisciplinary. |
