| 摘 要： | 高校档案来自各基层单位，档案员是学校档案工作的重要组成部分，档案员在工作中要不断学习，提高思想认识，提高档案意识和业务能力，提高现代化的管理水平和信息化的服务方式，增强事业心和工作的主动性。同时，档案主管部门要加强培训和指导，有关领导也要给予支持、理解和关心，共同促进学校档案工作的发展。

| Abstract: | Archives of higher learning come from every basic level unit and a part-time archivist plays an important role in the archives work. At the same time, it is necessary for the part-time archivist to study constantly, enhance ideological acknowledge, strengthen archivist consciousness and professional capability, advance modernized managing and the method of information service, and have an enterprise and activity for career. Meanwhile, in order to promote the development of archives work of college, the superior department in charge muse training and guiding and the related leaders should give support, understanding and concern. |
