| 摘 要： | 新型职业农民培育是实施乡村振兴战略的重要支撑。贵州省新型职业农民培育工作取得了一些成绩,同时也存在着资金短缺、教师缺乏、农民参与度不高等问题。这些问题制约着贵州省农业现代化发展。为此,文章从贵州省新型职业农民培育问题出发,提出对策和建议。

| Abstract: | The cultivation of new professional farmers is important support for the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization.Some achivevements have been made in the training of new professional farmers in Guizhou province.However,there are still many problems,such as the appropriation of funds,the lack of teachers,the low participation of farmers,these problems restrict the development process of agricultural modernization in Guizhou province.This paper is based on the cultivation of professional farmers in Guizhou province,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the existing problems. |
