| 摘 要： | 在立德树人的时代背景下,共青团在中学德育工作中的位置越来越重要,发挥的作用也日益凸显。文章简述共青团在德育工作中的新任务及新思路,指出共青团在中学德育工作中的重要作用,并从转变工作观念和工作模式、加强共青团内部建设、净化校园文化环境等方面,对如何发挥共青团在中学德育工作中的作用进行研究。

| Abstract: | In the era of moral education, the Communist Youth League is playing an increasingly important role in moral education in middle school. This paper briefly introduces the new tasks and new ideas of the Communist Youth League in the moral education, points out the important role of the Communist Youth League in the moral education of middle school, and studies how to play the role of the Communist Youth League in the moral education of middle school from the aspects of changing the working concept and working mode, strengthening the internal construction of the Communist Youth League and purifying the campus cultural environment. |
