| 摘 要： | 文章以中职学校班级中最容易被忽略的一个群体——中等生为研究对象,根据中等生的特征,从多一些目光的停留、多一些有针对性的提问、多一些批改和展示、适度批评、巧妙运用社交工具、每学期至少两次当面深度交流六个方面阐述如何辅导中等生,以达到提升中等生的成绩、能力、自信心、身心健康水平等目的。

| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics of the middle school students, this paper discusses how to coach the middle school students from six aspects: more eyes stay, more targeted questions, more criticism and display, moderate criticism,skillful use of social tools, at least two face-to-face in-depth exchanges every semester To achieve the purpose of improving the performance, ability, self-confidence, physical and mental health level of middle school students. |
