| 摘 要： | 在融合亲社会性和社会创业研究的基础上，聚焦亲社会性与社会创业机会开发的联系，将创业行为双阶段模型拓展至社会创业过程，把社会创业机会开发细化为他人机会与自身机会的环节，并以社会企业作为研究对象，运用多案例分析方法，深入挖掘亲社会性对社会创业机会开发的影响机理。结果表明，非亲缘型亲社会性直接作用于他人机会产生过程，亲缘型亲社会性直接作用于自身机会转化过程。据此，构建了亲社会性嵌入的社会创业机会开发框架，对跨学科创业研究和社会创业实践具有价值。

Pro-social and social entrepreneurship opportunity exploitation |

| Abstract: | Focused on the connection of pro-social and social entrepreneurship opportunity exploitation. The two-stage theory of entrepreneurial behavior was extended to the field of social entrepreneurship and opportunity exploitation process was decomposed into the third person opportunity and the first-person opportunity. On the basis of that, the pro-social factors were also introduced. From the research, the non-related pro-social motivation directly affects the process of the third person opportunity and related pro-social motivation directly affects the process of the first person opportunity. The influence mechanism of pro-social in social entrepreneurship opportunity exploitation process was explored as well as the society entrepreneurial opportunity exploitation model was constructed. By the way, the theoretical foundation for further research on social entrepreneurship opportunity has been established. |
