| 摘 要： | 科技型小微企业成长一直是创业领域关注的热点问题。基于创业者特质和社会认知理论，本研究构建了创业自我效能感、创业导向以及科技型小微企业绩效的概念模型，并运用结构方程模型对湖南长沙地区317家科技型小微企业进行了实证检验。结果表明：（1）创业自我效能感、创业导向均与科技型小微企业绩效正相关；（2）创业自我效能感与创业导向正相关；（3）创业导向维度中风险承担性、行动超前性在创业自我效能感与科技型小微企业绩效之间起中介作用,而创新性未能发挥中介作用。

| Abstract: | Studies on the growth of the technology-based small and micro enterprise (TBSME) have been an import topic in the field of entrepreneurship. According to the entrepreneurial traits and the social cognitive theory, the paper builds a conceptual model among entrepreneurial self-efficacy, entrepreneurial orientation and performance of TBSMEs and empirically examines the relationships from 317 TBSMEs in Changsha, Hunan Province by using structure equation modeling. The results show that: (1) entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial orientation take positive effects on TBSME’s performance directly; (2) entrepreneurial self-efficacy also takes positive effects on entrepreneurial orientation directly; (3) the risk-taking dimension and the proactiveness dimension of entrepreneurial orientation have the mediating effects between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and TBSME’s performance, but the innovation dimension doesn’t have. |
