| 摘 要： | 随着国家级实验教学示范中心建设和评审工作的不断推进,如何加强实验教学示范中心建设和发挥其示范辐射作用,引领全国高校实验室的建设和发展,是实验室管理者需要认真思考的问题.理解指标内涵,加强实验教学体系和实验队伍建设,健全管理制度,构建人性化实验环境,提升示范辐射功能等是建设国家级实验教学示范中心不可或缺的部分.

| Abstract: | With building and evaluating the national experimental teaching demonstration center in colleges and universities, how to enhance its building and exerting its demonstration function and leading construction and development in colleges and universities all over the country should be considered by the managers of laboratories. It is very important that meaning of index should be understood, building experimental teaching system and team should be enhanced, manage system should be improved, humanistic experimental environment should be constructed and demonstration and leading function should be advanced. |
